An incredible experience coming out of the hardest part of the pandemic (2020) that allowed BCP, together with other gamification processes that we developed, to give freshness and bring new collaborators closer to the day-to-day life of the Bank's branches\/offices. A tremendous challenge. We built an induction using 360\u00b0 video in the bank's offices, in the environments of its neighborhood SME clients. We made all of this a tremendously realistic experience and close to the way the Bank works. We developed an amazing experience by integrating 360\u00b03D video (with a sense of depth) and 3D graphics inserted into the environment. Perspectives from 3 cameras were merged: one inside the driver's cabin, one outside the cabin and one external one that allows you to see the machine in its operating environment.
